Tribute to Nikos Kavvadias
A tribute to the sea poet Nikos Kavvadias and his poems will be presented on Monday, September 23, 2019 at 8.30pm at the Bank of Cyprus Outdoor Theater on Faneromeni Street in Old Nicosia.
The tribute presents poems by Kavvadias set to music by Th. Mikroutsikos, Xembarkoi, M. Koch, G. Spanos and D. Zervoudakis.
Singer: Rita Antonopoulou.
With: Michalis Pourgourides (guitar & vocals), Konstantinos Stylianou (vocals), Barbara Lucas (violin), Alexandros Papacharalambous (wind instruments), Kostas Challoumas (acoustic bass, piano).
Orchestra coordinator: Konstantinos Zorpas.
With the participation of the actors Yiannos Antoniou & Konstantinos Alkiviadis.
