Open Yoga Day Cyprus

The Open Yoga Day Cyprus is a non-profit organization which start with its first event on the 27th of September 2015. Our goal is to establish an institution with yearly annual movable events in all towns of the island. Special element of this event is to take place in public and key locations where will be an interaction with people. The idea is inspired by similar events from abroad and the aim is to promote physical and mental health, well-being, collectivity and unity.

It is an open event and invitation to the entire public of Cypriots and foreigners living or visiting our island, to practice yoga outdoors in the city. All yoga teachers from all over the island and students are welcome so that collectively we can reach the purpose of our organization! In teaching are different and derive from all studios in Cyprus and abroad. The public can attend for free of charge the whole program.

The event is non-profit and all who are involved such as organizers, teachers and helpers, volunteer their valuable assistance at the event and we thank them all!
