The Glafcos Clerides Personal Collection
An exhibition of select materials from "The Glafcos Clerides Personal Collection" graciously donated to CVAR by Ms Kate Clerides.
The collection includes Glafcos Clerides library, his decorations and other memorabilia pertaining to his service during World War II, a large and important audiovisual archive as well as his collection of old maps of Cyprus.
The above material will be housed on the third floor of the Research Centre which will be named "Glafcos Clerides Room", as well as in other exhibition rooms of the Centre.
This permanent exhibition will be inaugurated by the President of Cyprus Mr. Nikos Anastasiades and the leader of the Turkish Cypriot Community Mr. Mustafa Akinci, on Monday 7th of September at 19:30.
