13th Lemesos International Documentary Festival

The 13th edition of the Lemesos International Documentary Festival is up and coming on the first week of August, putting focus on unseen human stories and conveying powerful messages, that define our look upon the reality of our world.

Join us from the 1st to the 8th August 2018, at Evagoras Lanitis Centre!

With some of the best and most groundbreaking documentaries of the year from Cyprus and the world, the Festival promises a fantastic lineup of films by both first-time directors and established auteurs, most of which have won multilple awards at international festivals. All the documentaries will be screening for the first time in Cyprus.

This year, the Festival expands with screenings in the city of Paphos, on the 9th and 10th of August. The Festival will conclude its programme with a music event at Almyra Hotel on August 10th.

Whatever your plans for this summer, make sure to mark your calendars on the first week of August, with some of these unique documentaries! Τhe Festival will take place at Evagoras Lanitis Centre, in the heart of Limassol town centre, next to the Medieval Castle. The programme will also feature music events, DJ sets, and will offer a chance to the viewers to engage in a creative dialogue with some of the directors who will attend. The Festival bar with the refreshing cocktails and the unprecedented summer mood are all calling for yet another great Lemesos International Documentary Festival!
