Woofun Day by P.A.W.S.!

P.A.W.S. (Protecting Animals Without Shelter) invites you to a busy afternoon for the whole family and our furry friends! On Saturday, 25 May, come to Platinum Express Car Wash in Τseri (122 Strovolos Ave; after the lights of Pefkou Street) for a unique afternoon full of fantastic activities for you, your children and your pets!

From 15.00 until 20.00 dogs’ washing at special prices (15:00-17:00) will take place, as well as dogs’ trick show by a dog trainer (17.00-17.30), original competitions for pets (17.30-19.30), dog adoptions, drawing contest for children, face painting, crocodile bouncy castle, unique prizes for the winners, coffees, juices, ice cream and many surprises!

The event aims to raise funds for P.A.W.S.’s action and animal welfare fight. P.A.W.S. is a non-profit organization and it is financially supported only by donations and events’ profit. For reducing and combating the phenomenon of stray animals, people’s education and neutering pets is extremely important for P.A.W.S. It promotes electronic tagging (microchip), which is the only way to identify the perpetrators in cases of abandonment and abuse and the rightful owner in cases of lost pets. It offers reduced prices from vets on microchip placement and neutering/spaying and constantly promotes adoptions of animals, by treating them and preparing them properly in order to find them permanent homes.

*In order to be able to participate and compete in the games, dogs should have a microchip. Owners wishing to do so can have their dogs microchipped during the event (20 €) and participate in competitions for free! In such a case, THE HEALTH CARD OF THE ANIMAL WILL BE NEEDED.

* Registrations (starting from 4 €) will be up to half an hour before the competitions.
