Inge is almost 70, she has been married to Werner, whom she loves, for 30 years. She feels like a 17-year-old when, once again, ”love overwhelms her like a natural catastrophe” (A. Dresen) and she falls for Karl, who will soon be 80. She takes an uncompromising decision moving in with him. – It is all about passion and sex. A radical film transgressing taboos on the subject “sexuality of old people”, a unique oeuvre, open and honest, which received 10 minutes’ standing ovations in the series “Un Certain Regard” in Cannes where it was awarded the “Coup de Coeur” Prize.
