Dance, Act, Sing, Perform in 48 Hours

Weekend Stage School, in collaboration with artists from the prestigious Pineapple Performing Arts School London , presents the Musical Theatre Workshop "dance, act, sing, perform in 48 hours"! The two-day training workshop program, which combines dance, theater, singing and performance styling, will be held during the weekend of the 24th and 25th January 2015 between 9:30 a.m. and 5.30pm at the Russian Cultural Centre Theatre in Nicosia. The workshop will be taught by the world famous Ryan Jenkins, Wayne Fitzsimmons and Anna Williams, with great experience and performance in famous musicals of the West End. The workshop will conclude on Sunday at 6.30pm, with an open-to-the-public, live performance of all participants on stage.

Weekend Stage School is a newly-formed creative “educational concept”, which will take place only during specific weekends, in a different venue with a different concept every time, always under the guidance and teaching of experienced and successful artists and performers from different fields. In order to offer a unique experience to all participants, the aim is to create each time a unique cultural event each time, through creative teaching, which will be site-specific and completed within a few days or hours, culminating in a unique performance of all participants on stage.

Participation in the Musical Theatre Workshop during the weekend 24th and January 25th, 2015, requires basic knowledge of at least one of the three performing arts : dance, theater, singing. The cost of participation for both days, including a DVD of the show and the Workshop and certificate of participation, amounts to €135.
