Village in the City
Fengaros Music Village Presents "Village in the City". A concert with original music by new songwriters.
Lefteris Moumtzis, Fengaros Music Village artistic director, chooses young musicians and songwriters and leads them through a three day workshop to create a band and present live new songs and compositions of their own. The concert will take place at Antonakis Music Hall in Nicosia Old Town on January 4th. Members of this group are Thalia Tsiatini, Paris Paraschos, George Demetriou, Alexandros Adam, Angelos Vlamis, Stefanos Christodoulou, Odysseas Vlamis, and Pavlos Theodorou, all of them students of Fengaros Music Village.
At the second part of the concert, singer-songwriter Eleni Era will appear. Eleni Era lives and creates in Berlin and will release her first album with Louvana Records on March. The concert will close with Freedom Candlemaker (Lefteris Moumtzis) playing songs from his album Now Happiness, as well as from his upcoming album Beaming Light, which will be released in February with Inner Ear Records, accompanied by Greek musician, Demetris Hadjizisis.
