Phanos Kyriakou

«It was an odd almost unreal landscape not without a certain beauty» is the title of the new artistic proposal by Phanos Kyriakou which opens on Sunday March 5 at OmikronGallery. In search of the mating point between urban landscape and nature, Kyriakou proposes a series of sculptures that evolve in space as a single monolithic entity. Everyday objects, cheap materials and found objects are matched with forms made of resin and wood. The result is reminiscent of models of a perfectly non-functional architecture.
Exhibition opens on March 5th at 20:00
