Neokapilos
The theatricality of an artist’s body working against a restraint, both in an ideological aspect and as a linguistic barrier, generates a certain level of tension through a series of processes. Each screen claims its role as a container, which accommodates performance work reproduced at an anachronistic present tense.
A Shakespearean prologue, an exiled Makarios and a framed traditional dance-routine.
