Painting Exhibition Loizos M. Loizou
Loizos Loizou presents his first solo exhibition which will be opened on Monday 22nd of October at 19:30 by the President of Cyprus Mr. Dimitris Christofias.
The paintings of Loizou are tales, not just pictures. Within each work there are several parallel stories that coexist and interact in a time of transformation.
Loizos Loizou was born in Nicosia in 1976. He studied painting at the Chelsie School of Art in London (1994-1995) and the School of Fine Arts in Athens (1996-2003).
Apart from painting he also deals with set and costume design, theater and as an illustrator of children's books. His paintings have been exhibited in group exhibitions in Athens and Cyprus. He currently lives and works in Athens.
