Literary evening with Julia Franck
Prominent German writer Julia Franck in Nicosia invited by Goethe-Institut Cyprus!
Well known contemporary German writer Julia Franck (born 1970 in East Berlin) will read from her prize winning novel “Die Mittagsfrau” (2007) (english title: “The Blindness of the heart”) on Friday, 21st November 2014 at 7.30 pm in the Goethe-Institut Cyprus hall. Translations into Greek and Turkish language will also be read. The introduction of the author and the following discussion will be in English. After the reading a Q & A session (in English) and a reception with the author will follow.
