Froso Liapi - Darkness or Light?

Froso Liapi born in Nicosia in 1986, holds a first class honours degree from the Fine and Applied Arts School of the Western Macedonia University. Professor Giannis Ziogas has been her main tutor throughout her studies. She has already participated in four group painting exhibitions in Athens and Florina. This one is her first individual painting exhibition.

The main feature of her work is that of abstract expressionism, since her ultimate goal is to find a path of expression by being spontaneous and acting subconsciously.
According to the artist, the use of Stucco covers human emptiness, the way the soulless material fills crevices. Darkness or Light? A dilemma to put forward. It is, after all, a matter of making a choice...

The exhibition will be opened by the artist Mr. Giorgos Gavriel, Inspector of Art at the Ministry of Education and Culture.
