Enjoy a music evening with jazz and swing music in Technopolis 20’s garden, with a pro-gramme of well-known songs, performed by the “Swinging Souls”, a music group of young university students on Saturday, 29th of July at 8:30pm.

The “Swinging Souls” is a jazz band which was first created and founded in Paphos in the summer of 2016. It consists by three female voices (Stefani Neofytou, Anastasia Natalie Flouri, Kristin Michaelidou) and three music instruments, double bass (Spyros Socratous), piano (Phoebe Jordanous), drums (Stathis Alexandrou).

Technopolis 20's target was to support the new talents. And still is... Come and support this new generation of musicians!

Stefanie Neofytou: graduated from the Music School of Pafos in 2015. She has been study-ing classical piano and classical music rendition for 10 and 5 years respectively. Stefanie has just finished her second year of her studies at the Ionian University of Corfu in the Mu-sic Department.

Anastasia Natalie Flouri: a graduate of Pafos Music School and currently studying in Ioni-an University of Music in Musical department.

Kristin Michaelidou: a pop vocalist who has finished her second year of studies. She is studying Popular Music Performance at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manches-ter. Kristin recently had the opportunity to sing backing vocals for Leona Lewis's "I AM" tour at the Liverpool Empire Theatre.

Spyros Socratous: a graduate of the Music School of Paphos. This year will start his Jazz music studies specialised in Double Bass at the Royal Conservatory of Hague. He had clas-ses with Irineos Koulouras and he attended seminars in USA run by the internationally re-nowned American jazz double bassist Ron Carter, who has won two Grammy awards and finally by the acclaimed jazz bassist Peter Brendler, a graduate of Berklee College of Music and the Manhattan School of Music.

Phoebe Jordanous: also a graduate of the Music Lyceum of Paphos and plays the piano for 14 years. Today she in her third year at the University of Cyprus studying Civil Engineer.

Stathis Alexandrou: he has been playing drums since 2011 and he had classes for 4 years. Stathis has just finished his 1st year of studies at the University of Leeds in the School of Mechanical Engineering.
