The Garden of Tastes - Wine Hoisting
The Organisation European Capital of Culture – Pafos2017, as part of the series The Garden of Tastes, brings up from the seabed the 280 bottles of wine that were immersed in 2015 in cooperation with the Cypriot Wineries, the Cyprus Sommelier Association and the Pancyprian Divers’ Association.
This is a spectacular and a special event, since the hoisting of the wines will be followed by wine tasting of the corresponding 280 bottles that were stored in winery conditions.
