The Russian pianist Andrey Buginov will be presented in Technopolis 20 during his tour for one concert on Thursday, July the 14th at 8pm. The programme will include works by F. Liszt, S. Rachmaninoff, J. Brahms and S. Prokofieff.

A few words for Andrey Bugrinov
Pianist ANDREY BUGRINOV was born in Voronezh, Russia (April 11, 1964). In 1991 he graduated from St. Petersburg State Conservatory with excellence (Diploma D' Hohore).

Andrey Bugrinov also holds the ‘Aspirantura’ postgraduate diploma from Saint-Petersburg State Conservatory which is admitted to only two students among all graduate students in the piano department in each year. He graduated from it in 1994. During his student's lifetime he was a prize-winner of several international competitions including Domenico Cimarosa International Piano Competition (1990, Aversa, Italy), Sergei Rachmaninoff International Piano Competition (1990, Morcone, Italy) and Ferruccio Busoni International Piano Competition (1992, Bolzano, Italy).

Andrey Bugrinov has also been a teacher at Saint-Petersburg State Conservatory at the piano department from 1994 to 2000.

As a solo pianist Bugrinov has been invited from several countries such as Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, USA, South Africa, Cyprus and South Korea. He has also performed many times with St. Petersburg Symphonic Orchestras conducted by Maestro Yuri Temirkanov, Alexander Sladkovski, Andrey Anikhanov (St. Petersburg Grand Philharmonic Hall) and with the Mariinsky Theater Orchestra, conducted by Valery Gergiev (Mariinsky Theater, Russia).

In 2007 he was invited as a piano professor in Cheongju University and Chungju national University for concerts and masterclasses. In December 2011 he played concerts with symphonic orchestras at Cheonju University concert hall and Chungju concert hall (South Korea).

He is currently associate professor of piano at Saint-Petersburg State Pedagogical University of Gerzen in Russia. From November 2015 he is the Dean of the piano department of Harbin Conservatory of music (China).
