Fengaros Music Festival 2014

Fengaros Music Festival returns for a fourth year in a row, establishing itself as one of the most important events of the Cypriot summer agenda.

This year's organisation is bigger than ever, and is moving to a new venue in the village of Kato Drys in the Larnaca district, which will host more than 25 acts in its traditional streets, village squares and school from the 1st until the 3rd of August 2014. The participation of notable local and international acts will compile a rich and diverse line up, which, combined, with the natural beauty of the space, creates a unique cultural proposal, signed by Louvana Diskoi.

Most noticable in this year's line up are the acts of Fivos Delivorias, Xylouris White and Chimerinoi Kolimvites, as well as the rebetico group Pliri Ndaksi who will travel from Thessaloniki with the young rockers Maneken Pis. Flights from Sweden will bring us Two Camels and the River and the folky Ylva Ceder, while there is a huge roster of local bands, such as The Low Spark, The Zilla Project, Pavlina Konstantopoulou and Pavlos Michaelides, Fuzz Bus with Vasiliki Anastasiou, Delirium Elephants and the beloved project Paramythies, among others.

What makes this year's festival even more special is the organisation of Fengaros Music Village on the week leading up to Fengaros Music Festival. Nine workshops for music and theatre will start on the 27th of July and end on the 1st of August, turning the village into a festive music school, setting the grounds for the 3-day celebration that will be Fengaros Music Festival.
